Your account will be customized to your community and we will perform all duties in accordance with the HOA governing documents, currents laws, rules and HOA policies. Our services will include, but are not limited to, performing administrative duties, providing financial and budget analysis, offering escrow support and facilitation, processing accounts payables on a timely basis, managing aged receivables, supplying homeowner billing, supervising all HOA personnel, negotiating contracts, obtaining required proposals, preparing and attending all board meetings and acting as your homeowner liaison.
