We maintain a close relationship with your Sales Office and Customer Service Representatives. We bring to them a guaranteed high level of expertise as we assist to answer all association management questions that they may have. We will expeniently have your community set up in our company system awaiting your first escrow closings.
We will ensure a smooth transition prior to the builder stepping down from the board.
Once all builder representatives are no longer serving on the board, Chase Blackstone will stay in contact with their builder partners for a minimum of 10 years.

We will diligently provide experienced leadership, active involvement in the planning, communication, and training of the board members. Once that is achieved, we continue to serve the board and our new community family!
